Terms and Conditions
Operational Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Stacks N' Stone's digital storefront, a Canadian entity specializing in the acquisition and redistribution of pre-owned trading cards. Accessing this website or initiating a commercial transaction constitutes a binding legal agreement. All financial obligations are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Logistics are managed exclusively through Canada Post to facilitate the secure delivery of inventory nationwide. By engaging with our services, the user represents and warrants that they possess the legal capacity to enter into this contractual arrangement under Canadian law.
Product Warranty and Returns
Stacks N' Stone's operates as a secondary market distributor for trading card assets and customized starter kits. We warrant that all merchandise is in functional, playable condition; however, the vendor expressly disclaims any guarantee of 'Near Mint' or higher aesthetic grade. Items are sold as pre-owned goods and may exhibit wear consistent with prior use. All transactions are deemed final sale. No refunds, credits, or exchanges shall be granted once an order is processed, notwithstanding any mandatory provisions of provincial or federal consumer protection statutes. Customers agree to accept goods in their current state upon purchase. Inventory pricing is subject to revision without prior notification in accordance with market volatility. The vendor reserves the unilateral right to cancel any transaction due to inventory shortages or clerical errors in product listings. Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser immediately upon the transfer of the package to Canada Post. While the vendor may provide logistical assistance, the carrier remains responsible for delivery fulfillment.
Proprietary Rights and Indemnity
All intellectual property, including trademarks and bespoke graphics associated with Stacks N' Stone's, are the exclusive property of the vendor and may not be reproduced without written consent. External trademarks, including Magic: The Gathering, remain the property of their respective title holders. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stacks N' Stone's shall be held harmless against any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform. We reserve the authority to amend these terms at our discretion. Continued use of the website following such amendments signifies a formal acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
